full-time Job Summary The Consumer Affairs and Product Support Specialist enjoys assisting customers/consumers with product questions and successfully resolving issues. Must have an interest or passion for health and welfare consumer products.

Pay:

$55,000.00-$63,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

Receives incoming phone calls, email and written correspondence from consumers and responds to their requests within company guidelines. Notifying Quality Unit management of any incoming consumer complaints. Provides consumers with accurate and current product information, following pre-established company response guidelines, templates, and formats. Handles, resolves, and processes consumer complaints. Receives and inspects products returned by consumers and forwards them to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor's or Associate Degree 3 years experience in customer service call center, pharmacy or retail background a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent grammar skills Excellent customer service and listening skills. Ability to multi-task and organize.
