35034 Part-Time Bankruptcy Support Specialist Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Part-Time Bankruptcy Support Specialist to support a growing bankruptcy practice. This role is well-suited for a professional with demonstrated experience filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and working directly with clients in a confidential legal environment. Position is on site in either Manhattan, KS or Salina, KS (based on candidate preference and fit). Selected candidate will be working approximately 20hrs/week. $22•25/hr based on experience!

Part-Time Bankruptcy Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and electronically file Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions in Federal District Court Provide administrative and case management support for bankruptcy matters Communicate directly with clients to gather, organize, and verify required documentation Maintain accurate and well-organized case files (digital and physical) Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all applicable court rules and filing requirements Monitor case progress and assist with follow-up filings as needed Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and court personnel Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and case information
Qualifications:
Part-Time Bankruptcy Support Specialist Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with bankruptcy clients Experience supporting and filing bankruptcy petitions in Federal District Court Experience with electronic filing of Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases Strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures and documentation requirements Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Paralegal certification (preferred but not required) IND 2
