A Legal Support Specialist works for a law firm, government, or a company subject to litigation, such as an insurance company. May assist with inmate processing and porale coordination. May assist with preparing and prosecuting cases, as part of a legal team or under the direction of a litigation attorney. May collect evidence, reviews files and assist with other litigation work.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Support & Data Entry Specialist to support a training program. This temporary full-time position is responsible for high-volume data entry, document management, administrative support, and basic iPad troubleshooting while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of training records. The ideal candidate is proactive, computer-proficient, capable of working independently, and flexible with rotating shifts, including occasional overnight assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Data Entry Support Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into electronic systems. Process daily attendance records from paper forms into designated databases. Scan, organize, name, archive, and file documents according to established procedures. Track documents from receipt through completion. Assist with large-scale data entry projects. Search paper and electronic records to locate and verify information. Review records for missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information. Identify and report data discrepancies for correction. Prepare reports and assist with confidential administrative projects. Maintain organized hybrid paper and electronic filing systems. Operate office equipment including computers, scanners, copiers, and printers. Technical Support Provide basic iPad support to employees. Assist with connectivity, application access, and device navigation. Guide users through basic iPad setup and daily functionality. Document and report recurring technical issues for IT follow-up. General Responsibilities Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills. Work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Support additional administrative projects as assigned.
