Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Document Management Analyst II specializing in Litigation Support to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining complex legal documents across multiple practice areas, ensuring seamless access and compliance. Your expertise will support attorneys and legal professionals in litigation, civil, and commercial cases by providing efficient document review, management, and procedural support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-stakes legal proceedings while honing your skills in legal research, document systems, and case management.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY
  • Bachelors and Undergraduate degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
  • Strong technical background with computers, scanners, and data storage devices and equipment.
  • Knowledge of current litigation technology tools and processes, such as document imaging, database management and design, optical character recognition, electronically stored information processing, and technology-assisted review;
  • Experience using electronic document review platforms such as Eclipse and Relativity in the context of litigation.
  • Experience using document management and presentation platforms such as Concordance, Sanction and Trial Director in the context of litigation or trials.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, e.
g.) and Apple software and devices.
WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE
  • Preferred candidates will have experience using Eclipse and Relativity databases in the context of litigation.
  • Preferred candidates will have knowledge and experience assisting in fraud or federal litigation and trials.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge and experience with litigation technology tools and processes such as:
  • Document imaging
  • Database management/design
  • Optical character recognition (OCR)
  • Electronically stored information (ESI) processing
  • Technology-assisted review (TAR) Specific platform experience preferred:
  • Experience using electronic document review platforms (e.g., Eclipse, Relativity) in litigation Experience with document management and presentation platforms (e.g., Concordance, Sanction, Trial Director) Litigation/trials support:
  • Experience assisting in fraud or federal litigation and trials is preferred
Pay:
$60,000.00 per year

Are you comfortable to go onsite? Did you work with any federal agencies before? Are you comfortable to sign the LOI (Letter Of Intent) Document?
