Job Description

We are looking for a Mortgage Licensing Specialist to support mortgage licensing activities for a growing organization in Duluth, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at managing licensing workflows, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on helping representatives navigate the licensing process efficiently while ensuring compliance with state-specific mortgage licensing standards. You will play an important part in delivering responsive support and keeping licensing operations organized and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Guide representatives through the steps required to obtain mortgage originator licensing and help remove obstacles throughout the process.
  • Complete and track licensing-related activities within established deadlines while maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to questions and requests received through various communication channels.
  • Apply knowledge of mortgage licensing rules across different states to support compliant processing and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contacts, building productive working relationships across multiple levels of management.
  • Develop strong expertise in the organization's licensing platform and internal procedures to provide dependable day-to-day support.
  • Monitor progress across multiple cases at once, escalating concerns when needed to help keep licensing efforts moving forward.
  • Assist with additional operational or administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
