About Security Credit Services Security Credit Services (SCS) is an investment firm specializing in the purchase of performing and non-performing accounts receivable. As one of the top 10 receivables buyers in the United States, SCS has purchased more than $30 billion in delinquent and charged-off receivables since 2003. Our portfolio includes credit cards, personal loans, bank loans, specialty-financed accounts, and other receivables. SCS is nationally trusted, and our executives hold influential roles within the receivables management industry. The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Senior Support Associate to join our team in Oxford, Mississippi. This position plays an important role in supporting our organization by managing consumer disputes and complaints, including matters involving the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and Attorney General (AG) Complaints. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage sensitive information, balance multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review, research, document, and respond to consumer complaints and disputes Handle matters received through the BBB, CFPB, AG, and other channels Maintain accurate and thorough documentation Draft professional written correspondence and email communications Coordinate with internal departments to research and resolve issues Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on open matters Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications Assist with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed Travel occasionally for company-related meetings, training, or business needs What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional email etiquette and business communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related Microsoft software Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential matters Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities Previous experience in compliance, financial services, accounts receivable, customer relations, legal support, dispute resolution, or a related field is a plus
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
