The Office Support Clerk will:
Handle a variety of tasks that keep the office running and to assist with lobby flow. How does it get done? The Office Support Clerk is responsible for: Performing routine clerical tasks, such as data entry using computer software ASPEN, imaging of documents using software Preceptive Content, preparing outgoing mail and working closely with external and internal customers. Who are the customers? Income Support Division (ISD) clients; ISD Management. Ideal Candidate Income Support Division (ISD) clients; ISD Management. Minimum Qualification No prior experience or training required. Employment Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate. Working Conditions Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
