eDiscovery Support Analyst Bond, Schoeneck & King - 3.7 Albany, NY Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Word embeddings Administrative experience Transcription Typing Productivity software Full Job Description Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a law firm of 300 attorneys in over 30 practice groups, is accepting applications for a full-time eDiscovery Support Analyst that can be located in any of our New York office. This position will provide administrative, operational, and technical support for the firm's eDiscovery and data management functions. They will assist with data and practice support tasks while helping maintain the accessibility and defensibility of firm and client data. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform workflow and coordination activities that help ensure the efficient delivery of eDiscovery services and practice support services.
Position Responsibilities:
Creation and maintenance of data rooms Monthly disbursement billing Preparation of file transfer links for incoming and outgoing data Document unitization Data intake and maintenance of data logs eDiscovery-related tasks for firm departures Video redaction Website captures Archiving data Drive cleanup and maintenance Assist with eDiscovery platform uploads Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role An associate or bachelor's degree preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and interpersonal communication skills In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in an accurate and timely manner Willingness to learn and adapt to Firm needs Reliable, punctual, and professional Team player with a positive attitude Strong typing and transcription experience At Bond, exceptional work product and a collegial work environment are cornerstones of our success. This position's salary range is between $65,000 to $75,000, negotiable based on years' experience.
