Please Note:

This is an on-site position. Applicants must be able to report to our Bay Shore (Suffolk County) New York office. Remote work is not available for this role at this time, but may be available in the future. Responsibilities Organize, scan, and maintain legal files and documents. Receive, sort, date-stamp, and distribute incoming mail, FedEx, UPS Update and maintain the firm's case management system with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative, clerical, and case support tasks. Assist with copying, scanning, printing, labeling, and other basic administrative duties Prepare files and documents for mailing and filing. Provide general office support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the firm Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
