Full-Time, Monday-Friday Job Summary Our client, a well-established law firm in White Plains, NY, is seeking a detail-oriented Records Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support daily records management and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining physical and electronic files, organizing legal documents, coordinating record retrieval, and providing general office support to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities Maintain and organize physical and electronic client files, legal records, and case documentation. Scan, index, upload, and archive documents within the firm's records management systems. Retrieve, file, and distribute documents as requested by attorneys and support staff. Ensure records are accurately maintained and comply with firm policies and retention procedures. Assist with document preparation, copying, binding, and general administrative projects. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and document shipments. Track file movements and maintain records of archived materials. Support office operations including conference room preparation, supply inventory, and administrative tasks. Answer phones and direct inquiries as needed. Assist with data entry and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and records logs. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 1+ years of records management, administrative support, office services, or clerical experience, preferably within a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Experience scanning, filing, and managing electronic records. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior law firm or legal support experience is a plus, but not required. EB-4636289988
