ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Legal Intern, you will work directly with IGS attorneys and paralegals on projects that support daily operations and long-term business initiatives. You will gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of a corporate legal department while contributing to meaningful work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct legal research: Perform basic legal research and analysis to support legal matters and business needs .
Draft legal documents:
Assist in preparing and revising legal documents and written materials .
Maintain legal records:
File, organize, and manage legal documentation .
Review content for accuracy:
Edit documents and perform fact-checking activities.
Support daily operations:
Complete administrative tasks and assist the in-house legal team with ongoing priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school, preferably a 1L or 2L student Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases Excellent reading, writing, and grammatical skills Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment At IGS Energy, you will do more than intern, you will make an impact. Work Authorization:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.
Salary Range:
$31,200.00 - $62,400.00 •This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
