Document Intake Specialist is a seasonal but crucial role to help keep our office running smoothly and is vital part to the success of Patrick Casey & Co. LLP. Below is a brief overview (not an exhaustive list) of the job duties and responsibilities. For this position the ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, detail oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks. The Document Intake Specialist must be a team player and possess effective communication skills. This individual will be working hand in hand with various team players throughout the year including the administrative team, the professional team, the partner group, and clients.
What You'll Do:
Intake and scanning of paper documents with careful attention to detail Responsible for mail: fed-ex, ODR, PCCO mailbox, certified mail Provide friendly, professional customer service- primarily over the phone Quickly learn new software programs to support workflows Assist the front desk team and provide general administrative support Special projects as needed
What You'll Bring :
Strong background in computer applications and office software Excellent customer service skills Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a tax office is highly desirable High School Diploma required, associate's degree preferred

Pay:
