For decades, we have provided law firms and businesses with dependable corporate filing, document retrieval, and public records search services. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Corporate Filing Specialist / Corporate Search Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with legal and corporate documents, conducting research, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and file business entity documents with state filing offices, including: Corporation, LLC, and partnership formation documents Amendments, mergers, dissolutions, reinstatements, and other business entity filings Retrieve certified copies, certificates of status/good standing, and other corporate records from state agencies. Conduct UCC, lien, judgment, bankruptcy, and other public record searches across multiple state and federal jurisdictions. Review search results for accuracy and prepare reports for clients. Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email regarding orders, filing requirements, and search requests. Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests. Maintain organized records and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience with corporate filings, legal support, public records, or document preparation is required. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
