Job Description

Administrative Assistant Schedule:
Part-time, minimum 30 hours per week, with potential for additional hours

Olympia, WA | Hybrid flexibility after training About the Position Fry Management Services is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who genuinely enjoys supporting others and contributing to the success of a team. The right person for this role is a motivated self-starter who takes ownership of their work, follows directions and established processes, and can independently manage priorities and deadlines. You should enjoy being the person behind the scenes who keeps things organized, notices the details, anticipates what needs to happen next, and helps the entire team operate more effectively. Responsibilities Monitor incoming emails and take appropriate action based on established procedures Manage multiple calendars, appointments, and deadlines Maintain accurate and organized electronic files, records, and documentation Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and business partners by phone and email Provide records and documentation as requested Assist with accounts receivable and other administrative tasks Prepare weekly team meeting agendas and materials Support client-facing materials, outreach, and internal communications Follow established company policies, procedures, and workflows Coordinate client appreciation gifts, staff events, and team outings Provide day-to-day administrative support to the FMS team Assist with special projects, including implementation of new technology and internal systems What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through A self-starter who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities Able to follow directions, established procedures, and processes consistently Genuinely enjoys supporting others and contributing to a team Dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities Receptive to feedback and willing to learn Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion Comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed and working independently once trained Skills & Qualifications Two years of administrative support experience preferred Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas Experience working with databases or software systems used to manage and maintain information Strong general technology skills and ability to learn new software quickly Interest or experience in the medical and/or legal fields is a plus Schedule & Work Environment This is a part-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the potential for additional hours as business needs grow. This position is based in our Olympia, WA office and requires daytime availability. After successful completion of the training period and demonstrated ability to work independently, remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
