Visit us at Position Overview The Intake Specialist/Case Evaluator will answer incoming phone calls from potential new clients (PNCs) seeking legal representation. This role requires strong listening skills, close attention to detail, and a compassionate demeanor to assist callers effectively. Schedule Full-time position Availability from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., including weekends and some holidays Currently needing afternoon coverage on weekdays & from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls from potential new clients seeking legal services. Discuss client needs and accurately document information for follow-up by firm staff and the attorneys. Use online technology to manage calls, conduct live chats, document information, and exchange relevant documents. Create intake files for new clients Maintain detailed records of calls in a Google database (similar to Excel) Follow up on leads to ensure they have been addressed appropriately

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (Spanish a plus) Exposure to legal services or legal intake is preferred Excellent phone communication skills are essential Must be extremely reliable and focused during scheduled work hours Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs) preferred Ability to work independently and follow specific instructions The capability to multitask by handling incoming calls while utilizing digital communication technology Understand that the role does not involve providing legal advice, but focuses on information capture Must be able to screen calls and professionally decline services in areas outside the firm's practice Required to have a newer laptop for managing incoming chats and documenting call information Availability to work on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must pass a background check No legal experience not needed If you are a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for helping others, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
