Perform conflict searches and corporate research for new matters Review and validate new client intake submissions for accuracy Set up new client and matter files Maintain and update conflicts database records Communicate conflict findings to attorneys and internal stakeholders Support matter reopenings and special risk management projects Provide guidance on intake policies and procedures What You'll Need to be

Be able to do the job as described. High school diploma or equivalent Experience with legal conflicts and new matter intake Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Familiarity with Intapp Open is preferred
