Employment Type Direct Hire Scion Staffing is leading the search for an experienced Legal Intake Specialist on behalf of a sophisticated, nationally recognized plaintiff-side class action law firm. This is a direct-hire, fully remote opportunity for a client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing professional and compassionate service.

Manage the client intake process from initial inquiry through engagement.

Prepare and distribute engagement letters and other onboarding documents.

Provide clients with case updates and respond to general inquiries.

Send clients copies of filed legal documents, including amended complaints.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Assist paralegals with administrative and litigation support tasks, including exhibit preparation and proofreading legal documents.

Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient case management. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in client intake, legal administration, legal assistant, or a similar client-facing role within a law firm preferred.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software is a plus. Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

$65,000 annually

Guaranteed 10% annual bonus
