Job Description Our banking client is seeking a Subpoena Analyst to provide temporary support within the Legal Department during a maternity leave. This position will focus on reviewing, processing, and documenting subpoenas, court orders, and other legal requests to help manage a high-volume workload. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a documentation-heavy environment while meeting strict deadlines. Responsibilities Review and process subpoenas, court orders, and related legal documentation. Ensure legal requests are handled accurately and within required timelines. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to subpoena processing. Review information for completeness and accuracy prior to processing. Support the Legal Department with administrative and operational tasks related to legal requests. Assist with managing a high volume of incoming documentation and requests. Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders as needed.
