ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
(SPECIAL
COLLECTIONS
). Are you interested in exploring Legal work? Have you ever thought of becoming a Paralegal? Here's an opportunity for you. This job includes processing small claim suits and maintaining communication with Attorneys in Multiple States. You'll stay busy and learn new things every day. NSF; CC Fraud, Filing Small Claims suits. You'll communicate regularly with our attorneys via phone and/or email. We are not a Collection Agency. We believe in excellent customer service and retaining customers when possible. Job includes assisting administrative staff with all other credit department responsibilities and special projects.
SCHEDULE
M-F Some flexibility in work schedule. Free coffee. : )
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Computer literacy - Email, Excel, Word required. The right candidate will have a background that includes proven organizational skills, and excellent written skills. Bilingual helpful but not required. Interest in Paralegal work would be a good
