Attend court with legal staff to assist with document updates and negotiations. Assist with agreed orders or voluntary settlements as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience with interviewing, collections, administrative support, or child support-related casework. Knowledge of child support laws, policies, principles, and practices preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to use applicable software systems. Ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate case information. Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
