Child Support Officer II, Experienced Pay Rate:
$30.43 per hour
Location:

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Day Shift Job Type:
Full-time starting ASAP - August 31, 2026 (possible extension) GSG Talent Solutions is seeking a qualified Child Support Officer to support child support casework, investigations, enforcement actions, and customer service. This role is a great fit for someone with strong administrative, interviewing, collections, and case management experience who is comfortable working in a legal or compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Conduct investigations to locate or trace absent parents. Review, assess, and monitor child support cases. Monitor child support payments and refer delinquent cases for enforcement action. Prepare legal and administrative documents needed to establish or enforce child support orders. Respond to case status inquiries and explain program policies, procedures, and regulations. Document all case actions clearly and accurately. Attend court with legal staff to assist with document updates and negotiations. Assist with agreed orders or voluntary settlements as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience with interviewing, collections, administrative support, or child support-related casework. Knowledge of child support laws, policies, principles, and practices preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to use applicable software systems. Ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate case information. Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
Preferred Experience Clerical experience:
