Summary of Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Litigation Coordinator who thrives on organization, discretion, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll become a trusted partner to ATC's Legal department, supporting critical legal, regulatory, insurance, and risk management activities while working with senior leaders, outside counsel, regulators, and business partners.Essential Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Litigation Management, Regulatory, Insurance & Risk Activities- Manage and track litigation holds and legal matter status
- Coordinate conflict checks with outside counsel
- Maintain legal files, records, documentation, and matter closeout
- Assist with service of process and responsive legal matter administration
- Assist with regulatory commission filings and information requests
- Provide administrative support for insurance and risk management processes
- Maintain accurate legal, regulatory, and risk information in departmental systems
- Track deadlines, documentation, and status updates Coordinate Executive & Department Activities
- Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, agendas, and logistics
- Process expense reports through Concur
- Coordinate office and filing needs plus shared workflow assignments
- Provide backup support that helps ensure continuity of operations Create Professional Communications
- Draft, proofread, edit, and format presentations and correspondence
- Assist with confidential executive communications and materials
- Maintain SharePoint sites and departmental information resources
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders Manage Information & Technology
- Maintain data accuracy in Brightflag, Onspring, and related systems
- Monitor information and identify meaningful trends or connections
- Use Microsoft 365 tools to support efficient business operations
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience supporting a law firm, corporate legal department, compliance function, or executive office
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and respond professionally to changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and follow-through Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting litigation management and legal documentation
- Exposure to regulatory, compliance, insurance, risk management, or governance activities
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
- Familiarity with Concur, Workday, Brightflag, Onspring, or similar business applications

The targeted base pay for this position is $29.85 to $34.83 per hour.- Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more .
