Core responsibilities include conducting initial investigations into fraudulent claims, monitoring accounts for suspicious patterns, and documenting findings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists Members with claims of unauthorized activity, providing support for account discrepancies, and acting as a liaison to resolve issues. Analyze and monitor accounts for suspicious activity, perform preliminary investigations on fraudulent claims, gathering relevant data and documentation, and reporting findings and trends. Utilize risk management systems to monitor daily fraud alerts, identifying high-risk transactions, and taking appropriate actions to mitigate potential losses Implement fraud mitigation processes, placing holds and restrictions on accounts and cards, and processing account closures to minimize loss exposure. QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
