As a Club Loss Prevention Officer, you'll ensure a safe environment through vigilant monitoring, rapid response to potential threats, and strict adherence to company policies. Responsibilities Monitor security feeds and conduct regular patrols to detect irregularities. Respond to incidents of fire, accident, or other security threats to minimize damage and risk to personnel and property. Investigate and document incidents related to theft or loss. Implement security protocols and train staff on safety measures. Collaborate with local law enforcement as necessary. Handle guest complaints and issues concerning security with sensitivity and professionalism.
