Job Description

Bars Restaurants Nightclubs We are looking for a thorough, observant, and dependable individual to join our Loss Prevention team. This position involves monitoring and reviewing surveillance footage from multiple bars, restaurants, and nightlife locations to ensure employees are following company procedures and to help protect our businesses, staff, and patrons.
Responsibilities:
Monitor live surveillance cameras at multiple locations. Review recorded video footage as needed. Verify that bartenders, servers, and other employees are properly ringing all sales and transactions into the POS system . Identify and document suspected employee theft, unauthorized giveaways, unrecorded sales, or other suspicious activity. Ensure employees are performing their assigned duties and following company policies. Monitor patron and employee activity for safety and security concerns . Review incidents, disputes, accidents, or other situations when requested. Confirm that cameras and other surveillance components are operating properly and report any equipment issues. Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding any irregularities or concerns observed. Maintain complete confidentiality regarding surveillance footage, employees, customers, and company operations.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
Extremely detail-oriented and observant Trustworthy and discreet Able to remain focused while reviewing video for extended periods Comfortable working independently Able to recognize unusual patterns or suspicious activity Organized and capable of documenting incidents accurately Familiar with bars, restaurants, nightlife, POS systems, security, or loss prevention is a plus Prior experience in loss prevention, surveillance, security, restaurant/bar management, or hospitality is preferred but not required. This is an important position within our company. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility seriously and understands that the goal is not only preventing theft and loss, but also protecting our patrons, employees, and businesses.
