Job Summary The Safety & Loss Prevention (LP) role is essential in maintaining a secure and compliant environment within our organization. This position focuses on the development and implementation of safety protocols, loss prevention strategies, and training programs to ensure the safety of all employees and the protection of company assets. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions. Shifts 5am 2pm 10pm Duties Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide training to employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and loss prevention techniques. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures. Collaborate with management to create a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization. Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations, preparing reports as necessary. Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness. Work closely with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address theft or security breaches. Experience Previous experience in safety management or loss prevention is preferred. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks effectively. Excellent communication skills for training employees and reporting findings. Must be open to working any shift Proficiency in using safety management software or tools is a plus. A background in security or law enforcement can be beneficial.
