Pay rate:
$27.00/hour •MUST have previous Loading Dock and/or Logistics experience! •Parking is available at the location
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
6:00m-4:00pm
Loading Dock Manager Requirements:
Monitor all loading dock entry and exit points to ensure that only authorized individuals and vehicles are permitted access Enforce ARE and NES security policies, including badge requirements, sign-in procedures, and safety protocols. Conduct visual inspections of incoming packages, equipment, and materials as required. Maintain situational awareness of dock activity to prevent unauthorized access, tailgating, or unsafe conditions. Report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, hazards, or unusual activity immediately to the Account Manager & RSOC. Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled deliveries according to building policies and loading dock calendar. Ensure dock bays, corridors, and freight pathways remain clear, safe, and unobstructed. Monitor freight elevator usage and enforce appropriate load-in/load-out procedures. Report all elevator malfunctions and open work orders for documentation purposes. Document all incidents, safety concerns, vendor issues, or violations in accordance with NES reporting protocols. Provide professional, courteous assistance to all tenants, vendors, and contractors. Communicate clearly and effectively while enforcing policies. Direct individuals to the proper locations while ensuring compliance with building procedures. Support special events, major deliveries, and tenant needs with a customer-focused attitude. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, dock access, contractor sign-ins, and any unusual activity. Complete incident reports, supplemental reports, and after-action reviews as needed. Notify management immediately of escalated issues—such as repeated vendor violations, hazardous deliveries, or access control problems. Participate in ongoing training related to access control, emergency response, customer service, and NES/ARE post orders. Support training of newly assigned officers to the loading dock as directed by the Account Manager or Supervisor. Familiarity with CCURE, SV3, Angus Anywhere, ExacqVision, or other building systems preferred (training provided). Assume other duties as required by either
