Core responsibilities include:

Conduct on-site residential property inspections to identify hazards and gather underwriting-related information. Document inspection findings through detailed notes, photographs, and concise written reports. Review policy and background information before inspections to ensure efficient, informed field visits. Assess property characteristics such as square footage, construction type, and safety features. Calculate replacement cost values using established company guidelines. Communicate findings clearly and accurately using internal reporting tools and templates. Track inspection activity and maintain accurate records in company systems. The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentive bonuses.
