Job Description
Job Summary ResponsibilitiesProvides security presence and review of camera video, investigates security issues, and builds cases with supporting evidence for identified loss cases (internal and external).Maintains incident and security reports according to procedure.
Reviews camera systems for functionality and reports issues. Partners with DGR site managers to investigate shrinkages and LP reporting metrics. Provides evidentiary materials to HR and local authorities when pursuing loss claims. Appears in court as necessary as a subject‑matter expert and/or to present evidence.
Travels to Goodwill stores, warehouse facilities, office sites, and Workforce Development sites as assigned.
Works with Accounting, Human Resources, and other departments to investigate records related to criminal investigations.
QualificationsValid North Carolina driver license.

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in the law‑enforcement field preferred.Experience:
Two years in retail security with similar responsibilities or in the police force required. Loss prevention and central‑station surveillance experience required.Pay:
