Job Summary Description:
Basic Function You will spend the summer observing the park, its employees, and Guests to ensure no theft of goods and identify potential threats. You will use CCTV cameras to monitor guest interactions, employees, and sales transactions. You will apply problem-solving skills to reach effective solutions during your investigations. You will protect our people and our property - all while securing valuable experience and rewarding benefits. Specific Responsibilities- CCTV camera monitoring to enhance security and mitigate losses.
- Protect employees, Guests, and company property.
- Enforce Park policies.
- Patrol and inspect assigned areas of the park.
- Assist Security with investigative tasks and park safety.
- Auditing park employees, ensuring compliance with park policies and safety measures.
- Rapidly respond to active alarms, first aid, and other emergency situations.
- Assist with crowd control.
- Monitor all areas for safety hazards, including fire, theft, and vandalism.
- Write detailed reports of damage, incident logs, and security records.
- Apprehend violators, including on-foot pursuits when necessary.
- Escort guests and team members as needed for assistance and protection. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to lift, carry, and balance heavy loads.
- Critical thinking and investigative skills
- Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enforce all park policies and procedures.
- Cautious and reliable.
- Remain calm in emergency situations.
