Dave & Adam's Card World is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Loss Prevention, Security, and Inventory Control role. This role requires a hands-on team player who can maintain a secure and organized warehouse environment, assist in inventory accuracy, and communicate effectively across departments. This position is based primarily at the security desk, with additional responsibilities including warehouse closing procedures, inventory audits, product receiving, and interdepartmental support. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires staying past regular hours when warehouse operations extend. Key Responsibilities:

Comfortable reviewing camera footage and handling confidential information Conduct regular inventory audits (cycle counting) to ensure product accuracy and accountability. Check in and receive special deal shipments by required deadlines. Assist in restacking pallets and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. Collaborate with other departments and assist with tasks or special projects when requested. Monitor and manage the security desk and perform end-of-day warehouse closing procedures, including securing all doors (per company protocols). Conduct bag checks for employees leaving and entering the premises, as part of company loss prevention protocols. Monitor video surveillance and review footage as needed to investigate incidents or verify activity. Report suspicious activity promptly to leadership. Conduct inter-building product transfers as needed. Potentially travel to assist with security at retail store locations. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

Prior experience in warehouse operations, security, loss prevention, and/or inventory control is preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Comfortable reviewing camera footage and handling confidential information Professionalism and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
