  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist

•Asset Protection to serve as the primary front-of-house representative for the site. This role combines receptionist, administrative, and access control responsibilities while ensuring a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and contractors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and following security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors while providing exceptional customer service.

Manage access control by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining access records.

Register, document, and track visitors and contractors to ensure compliance with company security procedures.

Partner with onsite security personnel to coordinate visitor access, escorts, and incident notifications.

Support facility events by coordinating visitor access, security requirements, and event logistics.

Monitor access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems to identify irregular activity or unauthorized access.

Maintain accurate visitor logs, badge records, and other security documentation.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, document management, onboarding coordination, and general office support.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and Asset Protection protocols.

Report security concerns, hazardous conditions, or unusual activity to the Asset Protection Manager.

Support investigations and emergency response activities as directed.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, customer service, or security-related role.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Ability to recognize and escalate security concerns appropriately.

Open availability to support business needs as required. Preferred Skills

Experience with visitor management or access control systems.

Experience supporting office operations or administrative functions.

Knowledge of CCTV or security monitoring systems.

Experience coordinating meetings, events, or onboarding activities.

Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
