Position Overview:
As an Asset Protection Attorney, you will provide expert advice and implement asset protection strategies for our clients. Your role will be critical in helping clients safeguard their wealth, manage risks, and achieve financial security through strategic legal planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive asset protection plans for clients on an ad hoc basis Advise clients on legal strategies to protect assets from creditors, lawsuits, and other potential risks Draft and review legal documents, including trusts, wills, and corporate structures Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored legal solutions Represent clients in legal proceedings related to asset protection Provide guidance on tax planning, estate planning, and business succession planning
Qualifications:
