2941412749-2 Apply for this job now Job Description House of Sport, an experiential DICK'S Sporting Goods concept, is seeking a Retail Loss Prevention Lead to protect assets while supporting an engaging, sports-focused environment. In this role, you will lead daily loss prevention operations, monitor surveillance, investigate shrink, and ensure safety standards on the sales floor, playing fields, and experience areas. You will partner with store leadership to train teammates on theft awareness, safety protocols, and incident response, while balancing strong customer service and our inclusive, community-driven culture. Responsibilities Lead daily loss prevention and asset protection operations in a large-format experiential retail store. Monitor CCTV and sales floor activity to identify and deter theft and safety risks. Investigate shrink, complete incident reports, and support case documentation. Train and coach teammates on theft awareness, safety procedures, and incident response. Partner with store leadership to implement loss prevention policies and best practices. Support a welcoming, customer-focused environment while enforcing security standards. Collaborate with event and experience staff to maintain safe playing fields and activity zones. Conduct regular audits of high-risk areas, fixtures, and inventory controls. Coordinate with corporate loss prevention and, when appropriate, local law enforcement. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and integrity aligned with House of Sport values.
