As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our assets and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Asset Protection Manager in identifying and addressing potential concerns such as shoplifters and inventory errors Provide positive representation of the store and assist customers with problem-solving Handle customer complaints and ensure a friendly shopping experience Utilize basic computer operations and Microsoft Excel for store operations

Requirements:

Minimum of 18 years of age 1+ years of loss prevention/asset protection experience preferred Strong visual presence and motivation to work Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Effective communication skills in English Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel between multiple locations within
