Responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations into theft, fraud, and other security breaches within the retail setting. Utilize CCTV systems and other security technology to monitor store activity, identify suspicious behavior, and gather evidence. Perform internal investigations by interviewing witnesses, suspects, and staff using effective interrogation techniques. Collaborate with store management and law enforcement agencies to coordinate search and seizure procedures in accordance with legal standards. Maintain detailed reports of incidents, investigations, and security activities with clarity and accuracy. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, ensuring customer service remains positive while enforcing security protocols. Handle confidential information responsibly, adhering to internal policies and legal requirements related to criminal law and privacy laws. Experience Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and security systems management. Demonstrated ability to conduct criminal investigations with attention to detail and integrity. Familiarity with conflict management techniques. Excellent internal communication skills for reporting findings clearly to team members and management. Proven capability in security system monitoring. Leadership experience in team settings is a plus, along with the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information discreetly.
