What You'll Do Monitor store activity to support safety, security, and OSHA standards Observe and report suspicious activity; assist with investigations and documentation Deter theft and policy violations through a visible, professional presence Respond to safety concerns, emergencies, and customer or associate requests Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Provide helpful customer service while enforcing safety practices Work collaboratively with fellow associates and act with integrity at all times What You'll Need Experience or interest in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Security Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills Ability to remain professional, alert, and customer-focused Physical & Scheduling Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and move throughout the store Ability to stand, walk, bend, and visually monitor activity Availability to work overnight and varying shifts as needed
