- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activity
- Write detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious behavior
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to asset protection
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers
- Make sure all merchandise entering the store is correct and accounted for.
