53427117 Job Description Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant? We have an exciting opportunity to join a local firm. This position offers a competitive salary and a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and other key players in multiple cases Draft legal correspondence, including letters of representation and record requests Organize and maintain case files (both electronic and hard copies). Assist with legal documentation like pleadings, discovery, and subpoenas. Provide exceptional client support and case management assistance. Manage attorney schedules, court appearances, and deadlines. Maintain case management systems and ensure data integrity.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of experience in a Legal Assistant, Paralegal or Legal Case Management Role Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and case management systems (ProLaw, Westlaw Next is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team. Legal knowledge and an understanding of court rules and procedures.
