Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct legal and administrative support to the CLO, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on legal matters related to corporate governance, securities, and compliance.
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases with strict confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and executive briefings.
- Support due diligence and documentation for litigation, and other strategic initiatives.
- Manage redline and blackline versions of legal documents to track revisions and ensure accuracy.
- Facilitate signature processes and maintain records of executed agreements.
- Contribute to process improvements and legal operations initiatives.

- Full time - 40-hour work week
- 5 days on site in Chandler, AZ
