Corporate Transactional Paralegal

Corporate Transactional Paralegal Warnock MacKinlay Law, PLLC, a fast-paced, growing law firm in Scottsdale, is seeking a part-time or full-time transactional paralegal who has a strong background in corporate, probate, and wills/estate planning. Bookkeeping is a plus.

Job duties include:

Creating limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships including all state and federal filings; Estate planning, drafting of wills, trusts, probate, and related matters; Special transactional projects as indicated by Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• The best candidate will have a number of years of transactional experience. Team player, strong individual contributor.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, court filings, meeting minutes, and all other general areas of transactional paralegal responsibilities

Schedule:

Part-time. This can be 4-5 hours a day or 3 days per week. Full-time. This would be 40 hours per week.

In Person Ability to commute/relocate:

Scottsdale, AZ 85251: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). This is not a remote position.
