Position Overview:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in supporting our attorneys and staff.
Responsibilities include:
Answering and directing phone calls Managing case correspondence via telephone, email, and mail Data entry, filing, and other administrative office tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and prior experience with legal case management software is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
