Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment & Class Action Paralegal to support attorneys handling employment litigation and class action matters. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures, court filings, and experience supporting employment law attorneys.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys throughout all stages of employment litigation and class action matters.

Assist with pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, document production, and trial preparation.

Prepare and coordinate filings in California state and federal courts.

Monitor court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and other litigation events.

Assist with legal research and case preparation.

Maintain organized case files and litigation records.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties as needed.

Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of California employment litigation experience.

Experience supporting employment law attorneys.

Required experience handling matters in both California state and federal courts.

Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures.

Knowledge of California state and federal court filing requirements.

Experience with discovery, pleadings, motions, and litigation case management.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
