Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a reputable and well-established law firm in Carlsbad to identify an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a team of busy litigation attorneys. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and is capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of litigation legal assistant experience to be considered.
Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Draft, revise, and finalize a broad range of litigation documents, including pleadings, documents, discovery responses and agreements Manage state and federal e‑filings, ensuring strict compliance with court rules, procedures, and filing deadlines Provide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, file organization, and discovery tracking Act as a professional liaison with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and track all litigation deadlines Prepare and process billing entries and expense reports with accuracy Proactively monitor and follow up on critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of all tasks Please submit your resume in MS Word format for immediate and confidential consideration.
