Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Front desk legal assistant to support our estate planning law firm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction while helping keep our office organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has excellent organizational skills, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare estate planning documents. Assist the attorney with case preparation and document organization. Maintain accurate digital and physical client files. Welcome clients and provide a professional, friendly reception experience. Perform general administrative and office support tasks. Ensure documents are properly organized, saved, and uploaded to our systems. Qualifications Must reside in San Diego County. Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Experience in drafting documents. Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred. Previous experience in a law firm or administrative office is preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software and technology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Pay:
$111.00 - $1,111.00 per hour
