As a Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals seeking hands-on legal experience and a meaningful career path. You will work closely with experienced attorneys and case managers, gaining practical exposure to real cases while developing valuable legal and professional skills. We are committed to training the right candidate—no prior immigration experience is required. Duties and Responsibility Prepare and organize immigration application forms for submission to U.S. government agencies (DHS, DOS, DOJ, and DOL) Support attorneys and case managers in assembling and reviewing case documentation Assist with client intake, including gathering case information Manage attorney calendars and schedule client appointments Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and case-related correspondence Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Coordinate with translation agencies and review translated documents; assist with Mandarin-English translation as needed Provide general administrative and clerical support Occasionally run office-related errands Qualification and Skills Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking/reading/typing) is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Interested candidate should email their resume, cover letter and expected salary to .
