00 per hour Bilingual Litigation Paralegal (Spanish) | Labor & Employment in El Segundo Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking to join a thriving Labor & Employment practice? A prestigious law firm is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal (Spanish/English) with proven experience handling complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters . The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recent civil litigation experience , exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of litigation from case inception through trial Draft and respond to discovery requests Conduct legal research and factual investigations Prepare medical chronologies and case summaries Obtain and analyze subpoenaed records Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness interviews and preparation Support voir dire and jury selection activities Coordinate with clients, experts, court personnel, and third parties Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
Qualifications:
3+ years of recent civil litigation experience required Labor & Employment litigation experience strongly preferred Experience with wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims highly desired Fluency in both Spanish and English required Strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a high-volume environment This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected law firm offering challenging work, significant hands-on litigation experience, and a collaborative team environment.
