In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking criminal defense services, ensuring a smooth and professional intake process. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help facilitate effective case management and deliver outstanding client service from the initial contact through case initiation. Duties Conduct initial client interviews via phone or in person, gathering comprehensive case information with clarity and professionalism Screen potential clients to assess eligibility and prioritize cases based on urgency and complexity Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and intake forms with precision and attention to detail Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to facilitate seamless case processing. Communication with the various Prosecutor offices and Courthouse to determine case status Requirements Proven experience in law office administration within criminal defense or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Strong customer service orientation coupled with effective verbal communication skills

Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
