What You'll Be Doing Conduct client calls to gather important case information and maintain strong client relationships Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case materials Support litigators throughout the full litigation lifecycle from case intake through resolution Assist with filing legal documents with courts and ensuring deadlines are met Prepare, organize, and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and document review Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and organized case files Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, adjusters, and opposing counsel Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support case strategy Assist attorneys with hearing, mediation, and trial preparation Support attorneys with day-to-day litigation management in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal Experience handling filings, litigation procedures, discovery, and the overall lifecycle of a case Experience supporting litigators in active litigation matters Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Familiarity with litigation terminology, court procedures, and filing requirements Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Education Paralegal certification or degree in Paralegal Studies is a plus, but not required

$70,000 - $90,000 annually
