• Probate/Real Estate will support transfer-of-ownership matters, gather and review legal documentation, communicate with families and property owners, and coordinate with internal legal resources.

Key Responsibilities Explain the transfer-of-ownership process to involved parties by phone, email, and in-person meetings. Identify current property owners, confirm ownership records, and gather legal information needed to initiate ownership transfers. Prepare, review, and process legal documents such as affidavits, transfer agreements, certifications, name changes, and related forms. Obtain and verify notarized signatures, trust documents, powers of attorney, court orders, and other legal records for attorney review. Maintain accurate data entry in internal records systems while managing customer service, clerical tasks, and strict deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$85,000 to $90,000 per year. Direct hire opportunity. Some local travel to other locations may be required, with mileage expense reimbursement provided.
