Full-Time Pay:

Up to $50/hour RA & Associates, APC is a fast-growing boutique personal injury law firm in Glendale, California, seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for a skilled and highly organized litigation professional who can confidently manage deadlines, discovery, filings, and case preparation while working closely with our litigation attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking to take on a meaningful role within a growing personal injury practice. What You'll Do Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery . Prepare and file complaints, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents . Manage court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and litigation calendars. Handle state and federal court filings and e-filing . Draft professional correspondence and case-related documents. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments. Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation . Organize and maintain litigation files and supporting documentation. Monitor cases to ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met. Provide additional litigation support to attorneys as needed. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience - required. Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and e-filing requirements. Excellent calendaring and deadline-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . Familiarity with California statutes, court rules, and local filing procedures. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with personal injury case management software. Prior experience supporting attorneys through multiple stages of litigation.
